What is TCPA consent and why does it matter for my agency? +
TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) consent means a consumer has given prior express written permission to be contacted by phone, text, or autodialer. Without documented consent, your agency can face fines of $500–$1,500 per call. All Lead Zentra leads include consent documentation to protect you.
How quickly are leads delivered after they're generated? +
Leads are delivered in real-time — typically within 2 seconds of a consumer completing a form. You can receive leads via API, CRM push, email, or SMS. Speed-to-lead is critical for contact rate, which is why we've invested heavily in our delivery infrastructure.
Can I get leads in only specific states? +
Absolutely. We offer state-level, county-level, and ZIP-code-level geographic filtering. You only receive leads from the areas where you are licensed and ready to serve. You can update your geographic settings at any time through your account manager.
What is the difference between exclusive and shared leads? +
Shared leads are sold to multiple buyers (typically 2–4 agencies), while exclusive leads are delivered to only one buyer — your agency. Exclusive leads offer a significant competitive advantage since you're the only one calling that prospect. Both options are available across all our verticals.
Do you integrate with my CRM or dialer? +
Yes. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Five9, NICE, RingCentral, and 50+ other platforms via API, webhook, or native integration. If you use a platform we haven't listed, contact us — we can typically build a custom integration within 1–2 business days.
Are there long-term contracts? +
No. Lead Zentra operates on month-to-month agreements. We believe our quality and results should earn your continued business, not a contract obligation. You can scale up, scale down, or pause at any time with 30 days' notice.
How do you handle Medicare compliance? +
Medicare leads are subject to CMS marketing guidelines in addition to TCPA and FTC regulations. We capture Scope of Appointment where required, include all mandated disclosures, and clearly state that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the US Government, CMS, or Medicare. Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed our materials.
What verticals do you specialize in? +
Our primary verticals are Life Insurance, Health/ACA, Medicare, Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Final Expense. We also generate leads for Disability, Pet, Dental, Travel, Business, and more. See our Verticals page for the full list and details on each category.
